Dealing with a breakup is difficult to work through at any stage in life. However, if you're experiencing a breakup during pregnancy or postpartum, it can feel much heavier. When someone goes through a breakup, they are likely to experience the stages of grief. Those stages are:


  1. Desperate for answers

  2. Denial

  3. Bargaining

  4. Relapse

  5. Anger

  6. Initial Acceptance

  7. Redirected hope
